Snappy Turtle Returns/Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items returned or exchanged must be unwashed and unworn, with the price tag still attached.
All personalized and monogram orders are final sale and non-refundable.
"Full refund" is for the price of the merchandise only, and does not include shipping. The cost of returning items to the store for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer; if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for return shipping costs. There is no additional shipping fee charged when the exchanged item(s) is shipped out to the customer.
